Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility:
– The giveaway is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, unless otherwise specified.
– Employees of Castletown Shopping Centre and stores located within the centre are not eligible to participate.
– Customers who have been banned from Castletown Shopping Centre are ineligible to participate.
- Entry Period:
– The entry period for the giveaway will be clearly specified in the giveaway announcement.
– Entries received outside of the specified entry period will not be considered.
- Entry Method:
– Participants must follow the entry instructions provided in the giveaway announcement.
– Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated.
- Prize Details:
– The prize(s) for the giveaway will be described in the giveaway announcement.
– The prize(s) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- Winner Selection:
– Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries.
– The winner(s) will be notified via email, phone, or through social media from the official Castletown account within a reasonable time after the giveaway’s end date.
– If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
- Publicity Release:
– By participating in the giveaway, winners agree to allow Castletown Shopping Centre to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- Privacy:
– Participants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the Castletown Shopping Centre Privacy Policy.
- Disqualification:
– Castletown Shopping Centre reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant that violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behaviour.
- Modification or Cancellation:
– Castletown Shopping Centre reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the giveaway in whole or in part for any reason without prior notice.
- Governing Law:
– The giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
- Release and Limitation of Liability:
– Participants release Castletown Shopping Centre, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from or related to the giveaway or the prize(s).
– In no event shall Castletown Shopping Centre be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the giveaway.
