Customer Service
We are here to help! Visit Centre Management for assistance with directions, mobility hire, retailer information and lost property. Centre Management is located upstairs, behind the travelator near Big W.
Disability Access
Disabled parking spaces are located at all major entry and exit points at Castletown, which lead to travelators or lifts to provide easy access in and out of the centre for our disabled patrons.
Wheelchairs and motorised scooters are available for free hire from Centre Management, and we highly recommend advance bookings on the number below.

The Justice of the Peace may witness documents such as affidavits and statutory declarations. The JPs are located near Best & Less, between Travelex and Casphone, and are available to witness documents at the following times:
Monday 10:30am – 2:00pm
Thursday 2:00pm – 6:00pm
*Excluding Public Holidays

Parent Facilities
Our two Parents Rooms are fully equipped with change tables, microwaves, private feeding areas and amenities.
These facilities have been recognised with a 5-Star rating from the Australian Breastfeeding Association, and are located at the restrooms near Big W and The Reject Shop.
